Cleanliness was subpar!!! Door lock issues made me uncomfortable!!! Waiting an eternity for after-hours check-in was exhausting!!!

Comfortable room, convenient amenities, and friendly staff made my stay enjoyable, especially with the available wi-fi and easy express check-in that helped me settle in quickly for my one-night visit.

I had a delightful stay at Extended Stay America Select Suites, Wichita, North. The staff, particularly Wanda, was exceptionally kind and attentive, making me feel right at home. The full kitchen was a fantastic convenience, allowing me to save on meals and enjoy home-cooked dinners.

Check-in could be faster.

The staff, especially Linda, provided excellent service during our stay. However, the cleanliness in the room left a lot to be desired.

the room was an absolute disaster with dirt and a lingering smell of smoke, yet somehow, guests above me felt entitled to run and scream till the wee hours. it was a real shame nobody could be bothered to check me in on time, leaving me waiting. i almost thought about leaving a good review, but just couldn’t.

The kids loved visiting the Sedgwick County Zoo, which was just a short drive away! The friendly staff made sure we felt welcomed and helped us with our requests. I really appreciated the spacious room that comfortably accommodated my family of four.
